Pomegranate Hospitality – Director of Culture and People
The Director of Culture and People is directly responsible for the Human Resources function of Pomegranate Hospitality, including all people and processes. This role is responsible for ensuring that Pomegranate Hospitality invests in our best assets – our people – and embraces constant improvement and innovation in recruiting, onboarding, training, developing, and supporting our team. The Director of Culture and People will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources functions by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations’ policies, programs, and practices. It also entails ensuring that Pomegranate Hospitality adheres to all legal and business requirements. This role is a unique opportunity for an individual interested in driving the development of a high-performing culture for a rapidly expanding, restaurant group.

BA required (Master’s preferred in Human Resource Management or Business Administration)
7-10 years work experience in the following areas:
Human Resources Management
Hospitality experience required
Commensurate with Experience
